By downloading, installing, or using the Voyflo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Voyflo is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalized trip itineraries, flight recommendations, and hotel suggestions. All recommendations are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. Voyflo does not book flights, hotels, or any travel services directly.
You must create an account to use Voyflo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Voyflo offers a free plan with limited features (3 trip plans per month) and a Pro subscription plan at $9.99/month with unlimited access. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it for commercial purposes without authorization, or violate any applicable laws. You may not use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
Travel recommendations, itineraries, flight prices, and hotel suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and may not reflect real-time availability or pricing. Always verify information directly with airlines, hotels, and travel providers before making bookings.
All content, design, and technology in the Voyflo App are owned by Voyflo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated travel recommendations. Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any travel decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

All purchases of Voyflo Pro are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused subscription time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
